I've always been a lover of words, which is why I earned my undergrad in English from James Madison University, and went on to study Creative Writing at the University of Limerick in Ireland. Since then, I have done all sorts of work, from teaching and tutoring, to working at a local radio station. I've worked in editing at a small publishing start-up, in curriculum development for an education enrichment company, and as a music booking manager for a local restaurant group. And interestingly enough, I've managed to have many of these jobs at the same time. I guess I like to stay busy.
In my free time, I play music around Richmond, VA, make bolo ties and other Southwest-inspired jewelry that I sell in my Etsy shop, and take my dog for copious amounts of walks around my neighborhood.
